We're honored you are considering us as a vendor for your wedding day! After photographing more than a hundred weddings over the past 10 years, we’ve found that we’re not the perfect fit for every couple.
That’s why this process begins with a conversation; we want to hear everything—how you met, funny first date stories, and how you got engaged. We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your day, answer any questions you might have about working with us and figure out if we’re the best fit for each other.

While we love to travel for weddings, we are in a sweet season of having young kids, so we only take on a select number of travel weddings each year! Below are our travel fees:
• Within 1.5 hours of Detroit Lakes - no fee
• Outside 1.5 hours of Detroit Lakes - $2/mile
• Destination travel - contact us for a custom quote

how do i know how many hours of coverage i need?
Every wedding day is different, but, typically, if everything is at 1 location, 8 hours is perfect!
If you have multiple venues or locations you want to go to, then 10 hours is most ideal!

Engagement Photos
Engagement sessions are complementary with most of our wedding collections! During your engagement session, I'll help you get comfortable in front of my camera, spend time getting to know you better, and, of course, capture photos that celebrate your love!
Final Planning
There are a lot of details that go into a wedding day, and I want to make sure I know about every, single one! During this time, we will discuss all of the important details – from the wedding day timeline to the must-have family photo shot list, and more!
Get Married!
This day is all about you! You've put in the time and work to make it as unique as your love story, so every single second should be enjoyed! Leave it to me to capture every emotion, moment, and detail so you can look back on this joyous day forever!
Within 4-6 weeks of your wedding day, you will receive an online gallery of your wedding photos! From this link, you can purchase and download your keepsake photos. I also offer prints and albums so you can cherish your favorite moments and memories for years to come.

How do I know what package is best for my wedding?

How and when will we receive our photos and/or videos?
Wedding day photo preview: within 24 hours
Wedding photo gallery delivery: Up to 4 weeks
Wedding film delivery: 4-6 months
Photos are delivered via a custom online gallery that remains online for 5 years.
Photo galleries include anywhere between 500-1000 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high-resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on social media, we just ask that you credit us and link to our website.
Videos are delivered via a Vimeo link. You can easily download and share videos from this link!

Do you require an engagement session?
This is such a great question! While we don't require an engagement session, we do highly recommend it! The engagement session is something that Caleb and I are super passionate about!
We added it to almost all of our wedding photo packages as a complementary item because we believe this time is crucial to get to know you as a couple! We have such a limited amount of time on the wedding day to create all the magical photos, and we don't want to spend too much of that time getting to know each other, teaching our posing style, etc.
We totally understand that sometimes it doesn't work for your schedule, so we never require our couples to do an engagement session in order to book with us, but because the session is complementary, there isn't an option to swap it out or discount the package should you decide to pass on an engagement session.

How do payments work? Do you offer payment plans?
Due to the high demand of wedding dates and the limited amount of days available, our calendar is first come, first serve. To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and completed invoice.
Photo-only packages: $1,250 retainer to secure your date
Photo + video packages: $2,250 retainer to secure your date
For all packages, the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your wedding.
