When we had our first son, Caden, in 2019 and now our daughter, Cora, in 2020 - I realized how fast time flies by on a whole new level! They go from a squishy little baby to a toddler running around in no time! I know the photos we have (both from our phones and professional cameras) will be priceless for years to come.

Brittney and Caleb are absolutely wonderful! We contacted them extremely short notice when we decided we wanted to do maternity pictures. Brittney was able to schedule us within two weeks of when we contacted her! We took our maternity photos outside in the freezing cold (our decision haha), and she was extremely patient and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted! Since then we have been back to her home studio for newborn/family photos. Brittney did a great job with our newborn photos. She is a baby whisperer-she got our little girl to sleep for the photos, had a space heater, sound machine, seriously magic with babies! She was also very cautious with how she positioned our newborn, which gave us peace of mind. She was also very understanding when we needed to take a break because our daughter was hungry... Brittney and Caleb are photographers who truly treat you like family! We can’t recommend them enough!

step 01: book your session
I have a brand new studio being built this summer! It will be ready in Fall 2022. Most newborn lifestyle sessions happen in clients' homes, but If you don't feel comfortable taking photos in your home, I do open my home office space up for sessions in the meantime.
STEP 02: CHOOSE A LOCATION
Moms: feel free to do your own hair and makeup or have it done professionally! Stay natural and clean with your hair and makeup choices. A little mascara, blush, and lipgloss will go a long way in photos!
Dads: clean, trim, and file your nails. Your hands will be in many of the photos, so it's important they look their best!
STEP 03: PREP FOR YOUR SESSION
Your home does not need to look like a model home ... it's lived in! With a newborn. Do not stress about having the perfect space. Tidy up the areas we'll be shooting in, open the shades, undress your baby, loosen their diaper so it doesn't leave any lines, and swaddle them (if you want swaddled shots).
A sleepy, happy baby makes for the best newborn photos. After baby is undressed and swaddled, feed them so they have a full tummy.
STEP 04: the session day
Yay!! Everyone loves session delivery day! All of the edited images from our sessions are typically delivered within about two weeks of the shoot date via an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to share your favorites with family, order prints and even download images to share on social media.
Your gallery will remain active online for you to download your images from for five years.
STEP 05: delivery day
Photos weren't meant to be stored on your device. They should be admired in your home and bring warmth into your life. I offer prints so you can cherish your favorite moments and memories forever.

01. HOW ARE MY PHOTOS DELIVERED?
Your photos are delivered via an online gallery. This gallery is super easy to use! You'll get two links, one is for desktop use and one can be used to save an app on your phone with your images.
With your gallery, you can download, share, and print images! Your gallery is online for 5 years.
01. How are my photos delivered?
The sooner the better! I take a limited amount of newborn sessions + first year packages each year.
We all know babies tend to come on their own schedule so scheduling your newborn session can be a bit tricky. I'll make sure to mark your due date on my calendar and always keep you in the back of my mind as I schedule my weeks around your due date. After you deliver, we'll get you on the calendar within 1-2 weeks.
I do offer payment plans for the first year packages. Most clients choose to pay a portion of their package at each session. If you'd like this option, let me know at the time of booking!
02. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION? PAYMENT PLANS?
A lifestyle newborn session focuses on capturing the real, raw, and organic moments within the first 2 weeks of bringing home your baby.
My goal as a photographer is to capture these moments in a beautiful way! During our time together, I will have you snuggle up and hold your newborn close alongside your significant other.

Love your furry family member?! Bring your pet(s) to your session! I love when I get to meet your pet and will make sure to get some photos. I recommend having an extra person or a kennel for your pet for the portion of the session we won't need your pet.
05. CAN I BRING MY PET TO MY newborn SESSION?
You bet! I love including all family members in photo sessions. I recommend taking some family photos at the newborn session + the first year session.
